This year’s theme is intended to emphasize that progress, improvement or change, can’t wait until circumstances are more accommodating or conducive. You will always find a good reason to postpone, reschedule and wait when attacking most any task. Salvation and spiritual deliverance are no different. We are foolish to delay either of the two. Another year of hesitation, another period of vacillation only strengthen Satan’s foothold on the territory of our heart. This is the year to grab the bull by the horns, to grab the lion by the tail, to grab the stallion by the nose and hang on. This is the year to take control of your life. This is the year to free yourself from the dogs that are chasing you, the demons that possess you and the night mares that haunt you. The same amount of time passes whether you seize it for good or allow it to seep through your fingers. Difficult decisions don’t become easier with the passage of time. Time becomes your enemy or your friend. Seize the moment, seek the Lord, save a life.
